This is the worst version of WTMO ever played.
Jim sounds like he can't sing at all and Robby's guitar is totally out of tune.

I've got the LP remaster from traders den.
I' didn't know that version that runs slow exsist.
It's bad because the band plays bad.

Robby was Absolutely, an incredible guitarist. I think it was the style as well as the ability that made some incredible sounds from his guitars. He played so detached. It was like he and the guitar were one but Robby was somewhere else as well.
Still, Ray and John had their part as well. All 3 made a sound that was unique to them and over that lay that silky voice - at least until 1969 when it got an edge on it.

I completly agree, but they did play terrible on some shows (miami,frankfurt...)

Miami was a case of horrible circumstances. The were being cheated, we had been threatened with having our equipmnet stolen, The promoter has packed the auditorium, the place was an abandoned plane hanger - dispite the name it was still just an airplane hanger.
It was unbearably hot, Jim was extremely drunk and already angry. Frankfurt. that was not so bad.
