No I am not kidding.

I've been working on it for some time now. But it doesn't go easily. You get one shot a year to get a green card. My first chance will be the first months next year.
So it's all very exciting and nerve wrecking. A lot comes up you have to deal with but that is fine. Can take it all.

Yeah our grass is legal. That will be some getting used to when it's not.
I don't think you can just shop around for your stash inthe USA?

Like ask for a menu card with all the stuff on it? I would look weird right?

For some reason my favorite artists chose to live there and perform there and many an artist that was "lost" here, was found and loved in Holland....so I guess it's a kind of romantic notion....especially with so many of my favorite painters from there too...Van Gogh especially.

Holland loved Gene Clark....that alone is enough for me. Iain Matthews (of Fairport Convention and Matthews Southern Comfort) lives there, and Dan Fogelberg for a time before moving to Maine, where he died. Well, it may be romantic....and I'm in Iowa now...I suppose if I were back in my adopted home of Maine, I would never want to leave......

But Holland has always had an inexplicable place in my heart.
