Poster announcing a poetry "reading and show" by Jim Morrison, Michael McClure, and D.r. Wagner at the S.S.C. Gallery in 1969.
n.p.:n.p., [1969]. Features a photograph of a cat walking on a wire, with other cats in the background waiting to take their turn. Printed in black on white stock. This is the only poster we've seen annoucing a reading by Morrison and it's rare on the market. Some creasing, some toning to verso, no pinholes or chips, very good overall and thoroughly presentable (approx. 22" x 16").

It actually isn't for the Mailer event. It's for a reading at the S.S.C. Gallery that same month. I'm not even sure if a poster was produced for the Mailer event.
