Hi Vince,
When you chatted with Jim at the office, did he ever mention his meeting with Steve McQueen regaring a movie role?
The meeting has been mentioned in passing in a couple of biographies, but not much has surfaced.
Anyone know the movie that was considered? I think the year was circa 1969.

But since Danny is now dead I don't think we'll ever get confirmation of a meeting having ever taken place. Lots of BS in Danny's book, never forget it.....
