Hello everyone! A question about the official Doors forum...

Hey guys, I just wanted to introduce myself and ask a question.

I've been watching various boards on the web for a few years, always looking for the latest news and audio that becomes available for us collectors. I've seen quite a few members from this forum on a couple of different boards and first off wanted to say thanks for your dedication about all Doors related things.

Anyway. For a long time now I've been trying to become a member of the official Doors forum and have now given up. I can sign up fine but they don't send me an email verification to activate my account.
I've read somewhere that they don't like hotmail/gmail email accounts but I don't know if that's true because I find it hard to believe.

So can anybody shed some light on why they don't email me?
Sorry if this has been discussed before but I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself.

Had the same problem before but i dont give a shit anymore . I only tried to make the account so i can see the latest announcements from the management but whatever announcement jeff makes , people here will definetely spread the word , so it is useless .. Stick around and youll see

I am not that hard on the official site - there is some interesting talk.

What I did was email one of the moderators and they activated my account almost immediately.

The "interesting talk" along with most of the worthwhile members left that place loooong ago... with a head roster of Hamlet, Mewsical, Salli, mizscarlett, PatsRadio etc. you can't really expect all that much
