Anyone going to see Ray and Robby on the East Coast ?

Discussions of other bands, including D21C/ROTS should go here.

Anyone going to see Ray and Robby on the East Coast ?

Post by MysticHeatedWine »

I'm going to see them at Westbury on 11/4. I was just curious if anyone here is going to any of the upcoming East Coast shows. Since I haven't seen anything mentioned about it I'm assuming, as of now, they are not doing Meet and Greets after the shows. If I'm wrong please correct me.

I'll be at the November 11 show at the Detroit Fillmore. If ticket prices are any indication, there will be no officially scheduled meet and greets..

That's what I figured. Oh well, at least we got front row and I'll finally get to hear Dave so it should be good.

Went to RI last night and seen them, it was amazing, dave is a great singer and performed some awesome songs well
especially soft parade and indian summer, even got to meet ty dennis and he signed some sticks for me! then shortly aftet
met robby and he also signed something for me, all and all it was an awesome show, rays brother even came and jammed on a song, he announced rick and the ravens were getting back together too, asked ray about london fog, he seemed suprised i mentioned it, he smiled and said next year i will be very happy! encourage all you guys to check them out whenever you get the chance.

Good review. Thanks !!

I'm all psyched for tomorrow night at Westbury. Front row right in front of the stage !! It's cool they're throwing some new stuff into the set such as Soft Parade and Indian Summer. I still don't know if they're doing a Meet and Greet tomorrow night but will bring some stuff to have signed just in case. I know they did the other night in New Jersey since I have a friend who attended that show.

yeah i would absolutley bring something, they didnt do a meet and greet, i just happened to run into Ty dennis by chance, nobody knew who he was except me, it was real cool haha, yeah they also played waiting for the sun, was a real cool show, alot of energy, got some great pictures and videos, its real cool how the singer sounds, enjoyed it very much, robby was jumping all over the stage too dancing like a nut lol, the guys in front row got some cool stuff, robby gave out his guitar pick, and ray gave out a few of the setlist papers, they were signing stuff for the people in the front row right after the show.

Dave is definitely my favorite out of him, Ian, Brett and the other guy. They were doing Indian Summer, Soft Parade and WFTS since Brett joined.

Well he is the singer in a Doors tribute band, so that's to be expected.

Thanks, yeah... I knew that already. Dec. 14th and 16th in CA is already confirmed on Ray's site (only as a Ray/Rogers Band date though... anyone got any more info on these dates?).... looking good so far. More after a 26th - 31st Ray&Robby date though.
