Old Ideas- Leonard Cohen's new album

Post by lament of an indian »

Is anybody digging Leonard's new album as much as me? I can't stop listening to it. The whole album is gold in my opinion and I still can't believe how low his voice has gotten in the past 10 years.

This is one of my fav tracks on the album:

If you haven't checked out the whole album yet, I highly recommend it, even if you are not a huge fan.

THANK YOU, LAMENT! Cohen is one of those treasures we fortunately still have with us!!

Treasure him!!

No problem. I've been getting into him over the past months and I am just blown away by his stuff, mostly his newer stuff. I just regret that i wasn't into him during his huge world tour in 2008/2009. He played something like 247 shows in his late 70s! Really spectacular stuff. His live in London 2008 album is worth checking out too.
