Interesting to see. I never thought about the Miami mugshot never being published. Wonder why the guy selling it through the DCM? Seems like he'd be better off selling it at auction. Assuming it's even legal to sell. Anyone know the law on this? Sounds like it was stolen from the Miami Police Dept. Is it still considered "evidence" or part of the public record? Anyone wanna contact the Miami PD to find out? Heh.
