LoVE Revisited tour UK 2016, 10th anniversary after Arthur

LOVE was another great band from the 60's and of course VERY Doors related.
I think it would be great to have this special topic about the band who was such a big example for The Doors.

Any idea what Johhny was holding in his hands on the original photo?

Michael says a joint...Kenny looks like he is exhaling some sweet smoke too.

Are you going to try to see them when they tour the UK, Ed?

Ok, cool.

Don't think I'm gonna see them in the UK.Would be nice to talk to Mike Randle again though. When the touring stopped and Arthur got ill, we kinda lost touch after writing his tour diaries for some years. He's a great guy, wish they came to holland.Think the crowd would be too small.UK is the place for them

I just logged in to post this in here. They're coming to Norwich (where I live) and I've got a few tickets. Looking forward to it.

A little late I'm sorry but the show was as good as I'd hoped it would be. They sounded brilliant and had some good dialogue with the crowd. It was in a tiny venue here in Norwich so it was a very intimate gig. Very very cool and it was great to hear some of my favourite songs from Da Capo & Forever Changes live.

I had the chance to meet Johnny Echols afterwards and he signed a poster for me. What a gent! I'll post a picture soon if I remember.

Here's the setlist from the gig:

A House Is Not A Motel
My Little Red Book
Can't Explain
Orange Skies
Maybe The People Would Be The Times or Between Clark And Hilldale
You I'll Be Following
Your Mind And We Belong Together
Andmoreagain
Alone Again Or
Bummer In The Summer
Live And Let Live
Old Man
No Matter What You Do
Softly To Me
You Set The Scene
August
The Red Telephone
Laughing Stock
Revelation/Signed D.C.
7 And 7 Is

Hope to see them again someday!
