This is kinda weird but I just heard about this guy today.
He's a Freddie Mercury soundalike and it's REALLY creepy that the voice even comes out of this guy.

How do you uncover this stuff? I had never even heard of them. In actuality, most of the obscure music I listen to was recorded between '65 and '67. Outside of that, there's a decent chance I haven't heard it.

Pearl Jam - Ten Redux in 180grs Vinyl.

Black and Oceans redux sounds beautiful!!!

This Ten Redux along with the Doors Vinyl Boxset are by far my best purchases of this year. =)

mmm don't know about this version. It's way to cheesy.
But I do love me some Jackie Wilson sometimes, but he fucked this up.

Excellent, spermy! Get all the Love you can! Their first three are the cream of course. You're starting with "post-Love" song Stand Out, without Bryan and Johnny & Michael, so don't get discouraged.
My Little Red Book always gets me!! But give Forever Changes your full attention, start to finish. It works it's way deep into your soul. I envy your listening to Love for the first time.

Aguaviva - Poetas andaluces (1975)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVA5ifLis1E
Image
Temptative translation (using online resources  ):

What do the Andalusian poets of now sing?
What do the Andalusian poets of now see?
What do the Andalusian poets of now feel?

They sing with man's voice
but: where the men?
With man's eyes they see
but: where the men?
With man's chest they feel
but: where the men?

They sing, and when they sing it seems that they are alone
They look, and when they look it seems that they are alone
They feel, and when they feel it seems that they are alone

What do the poets, Andalusian poets of now sing?
At what do the poets, Andalusian poets of now see?
What do the poets, Andalusian poets of now feel?

And when they sing, it seems that they are alone
And when they see, it seems that they are alone
And when they feel, it seems that they are alone

And when they sing, it seems that they are alone
And when they see, it seems that they are alone
And when they feel, it seems that they are alone

But: where the men?

Is it that Andalusia has already remained without anybody?
Is it that perhaps in the Andalusian mounts there is nobody?
so, in the fields and Andalusian seas is nobody?

There will not be already the one who answers to the voice of the Poet,
the one who looks at the heart without wall of the Poet?
So many things have died, that there is only the Poet

Sing a high place, you will hear that they hear other ears
Look at a high place, you will see that they look at other eyes
Beat a high place, you will know that another blood flutters

The Poet is not deeper in his dark locked up subsoil
His singing climbs to deeper, when opened in the air
it belongs already to all the men

And your singing belongs already to all the men
And your singing belongs already to all the men

And your singing belongs already to all the men
And your singing belongs already to all the men (encore)

This song gives me chills!
