That opening bass riff gets me everytime! And yeah, I prefer the song in its native language as opposed to the English version.

I'm still mad as hell...........
I'm Not Ready To Make Nice! Dixie Chicks.
Must admit, my respect for them grew when they spoke their mind about the Bush/Irag War on stage.....well I had little respect for them before then ...and with the Nashville music industry shunning them, so they kissed the Country Music industry goodbye..... good for them. Gutsy move that paid off. I've never listened to Country stations but i believe some still won't play them.

If this doesn't make you a fan of one of the greatest vocal talents ever.... & songwriter........well, he just isn't your cup-o'-tea, I guess.
Once I Was Tim Buckley... a beautiful live version from '68. Includes a short commentary by Tim.

Miles Davis....John Coltrane, from
Kind Of Blue
It's after midnight and this seems SO right, I'm still working at my drawing table......if you're in a mellow mood.....sit back and enjoy one of the best live performances of
SO WHAT ever filmed.

Sweet.
Of course, if you have an original 1959 mono LP like the one one my TT right now...well, I 'd put that on!!

Yw Lee.

Yes his voice is amazing. He's got a certain shake or thrill in his voice that makes it more special. Beautiful voice that man has.
