Yes this crisis mess couldn't have come at a worse time. Months I've been living towards it. Counting the days in my heart and then boom.

So sad, not only for me. But for my friends and my special guy.

But to look on the bright side. I am very very lucky to be able to go LA when I can. Just have to sort out the mess here in Holland first.
I'll be in LA when it fits the time best and it will be beautiful in every way.

So sorry to hear about your plans to go to LA not working out girlie. That sucks.

But don't you give up Sharon. You'll make it. You'll make your dream come true. Don't you give up sweetie. LA will be there for you.

Nope, I was not able to go this time due to problems at work. I work at a small company in a small town and it's being hit hard by the economic crisis. For a long time it was feared it would go down and we all would be without a job. There is a how do you call it in English, a saving plan going on right now. Several people are fired and are in the process of being fired. Got some good news for me though. For me it's save now. I'll be able to stay though I might have to work less hours.
So the pressure in Holland has been huge and I couldn't go to Cali this time, wich shook me up pretty badly. Been looking forward to it with all my heart.

So I'll be going later this year or next year. First gotto solve the mess in Hollandica.
Can't wait till I can go. Cause I will. Just a question of time. I love love.

Manuel is not a bad guy. He's always been nice to me. He just has a strange way of expressing himself cause of the language barrier. I hope you two can work it out somehow.

Like I said in the LL thread. I am having no trouble with Sally for ages now. She is kind to me on John's board so I refuse to be nasty to her without reason.

Salli and especially Janet I just ignore.

And yeees, they are all being weirdly polite. I have no idea why and frankly I do not care enough to question it. I feel the same way about Sally as you do.

Yep, it sucked really bad. Gave me a big blow that I couldn't go this time.
Luckily most of my friends on this board were and are very supportive and sweet and made me see that yes it blows that I couldn't go this time.
But good things come to those who have patience. It's just a matter of solving my Holland mess wich has been driving me through the wall.
Once all is set. Then it's just a matter of time.

Amanda, I would love to meet you. I know you live in Riverside. Would love it if you could come up and meet. Think we would have a lot of laughing.

Riverside has some great people living there.

Weirdly polite? Hmm, that's scary.

Pamela ate alot the other day, and so now her ass is huge.

Its Hendrix, lol. He's a different species from Pam and he WAAAAY smaller. She's about 4 inches and she/he's the size of my pinkie nail.

When I get a male red knee to breed with Pam, that one will be Jim, lol. I just hope Pam doesn't eat him, haha.

There was a CD and record fair on this Saturday. I got very lucky.

I managed to pick up up two Doors CD's, one of them is this CD with many Jim quotes called 'Dionysus.' Another one had cool live recordings, it's called 'the Doors box set' and it's the second volume of it.

I also picked up two LP's. Here are some pics:
