Judging from Wishful sinful sample and the fault on that which is similar to the one on The Soundstage Performances, it may very well be this is culled from the same tapes.
Wonder what happened to the tapes used on The Soft Parade 90's video. Clearer quality and seems without imperfections.

Ahh that performance, it's about time I revisit, I haven't heard that rendition of Build Me a Woman in quite some time.
