I know he has some provider problems.It seems that all emails I send him do't reach him.His one's I get. Really don't know what the problem is.

Just one question, what do you mean by provider problems?
He can't get other mails or just yours?

I don't know. Every now and then I get an email from him, but when I reply I get no answer back.
