Four Sail/Soft Parade art

If you peruse the Soft Parade and Four Sail and look at the back cover of each you will notice a similarity in the artistic design of both of them (I don't have a copy of either in front of me right now so not sure who created them). Since they were issued at roughly the same time (mid '69) I was wondering if Elektra issued any other albums at the time that also featured a similar artistic design as these two. Anyone? I kind of like the motif myself; a little psych but not too over the top.
Edit: Of course the design I'm referring to for the Soft Parade is in the middle fold out of the album, not on the back cover. Just realized this.

Pretty sure it is the same artist for both.
My vinyl is not handy at the moment....Ed?
Two fine works! Soft parade is considered maybe the weakest DOORS effort butI love it!

Thanks. He appears to do only more traditional work as I cannot find any other stuff he might have done in regards to music back then, unless someone has the scoop on him. He and Bob Pepper certainly produced some "interesting" album artwork.

Yea down by the river - but only shut a couple of bridges I haven't used since high school. Pretty good right now - shorts weather. But tonight we're supposed to get 1-3" of slush >.<
