Perhaps a bit obvious but I have to go with Ray's "Light My Fire" section. Everyone's heard it hundreds of times but that does'nt dilute how great it is.

One of my all time favs! I used to play this on piano, myself - God it took a looooong time to learn that with no sheet music, just going by ear. LOL. I added the guitar part as well. The only part of the song I didn't play was the intro for some odd reason.
