So, I was driving in my car and had my L.A Woman CD in. It's an old digital stereo with a screen which shows what song is playing. And the screen can only fit so many characters on it at one time, and if there is too many characters, then it will go blank the rest of the words will show up next time.
For example - First screen: Riders on Th (then it will go blank and...)
Second screen: e Storm
Its difficult to explain. But anyway, when L.A Woman appeared, it went like this:
L.A W
oman
And I thought... Law Oman? Oh right it had to cut it in half. But I thought it was weird that 'law' appeared because of Jim's circumstances at the time. So I just put LAWOMAN in to a anagram finder for fun and 'Awol Man' came up, which I thought was a nice coincidence, because Jim left for Paris for whatever reasons and nobody really saw him again.
Obviously La Woman came up, which happens to be French for The Woman(?)
Another honorable mention was ... Anal Mow. We all know Jim's feelings on that (listen to Morrison's Lament from his appearance with Hendrix in '68). Plus he was a Back Door Man.
Obviously I'm not saying there is a conspiracy here. Seriously, I'm not. I just love things like this. Now I never look at the L.A Woman album the same again.

"Lama Now" is quite fitting as well... the lama (Dalai?), Morrison, Densmore, the Admiral, Pam busting in and everything.. you know.
I actually think Pamela DesBarres did a lama once in her heyday as well, not too long after the Hullabaloo show where she hooked up with Jim. I think there's some silent 8mm around of that one.... not circulating though
Soft Parade - SoapFed Rat - Far Past Ode - Pot Dear SAF (Singapore Armed Forces) - Spade of Tar - Fart Seapod - Daft Soaper
