The Doors' logistic

Dear Vince
I was wondering if you could tell something about the logistic for Doors concerts, tours and the day to day business?
-Like when and how were you told about that there would be a concert or a longer tour?
-And then, could you decide what to do, meaning transport of the material etc.?
-Or was it all in Bill's hands??
Plus:
-When there were no concerts or tours, what would a "normal" week or month look like working for The Doors?
-When they wnated to rehearse or something, did they (or someone in particular) tell you when to set up etc.??
Just wondering how it all was!
