Maybe it has to do with the difference between Canadian & US currency rate...they don't mix.

Just a guess...or they are separate but part of the same whole, like EMI & Capitol records back in the 60's. But you are right to question as most music purchase sites are worldwide...though there is ebay & ebay/uk...why!

I wouldn't worry. I've ordered from various sites in Canada & they were all fine...and as fast as any out of country site & better than many. Hey, Neil Young. Leonard Cohen, & Joni Mitchell are Canadian so we like CANADA!!

If there's a problem you should speak to your credit card company/issuer and explain to them that there's been an unauthorized charge made to your account/card... worth a try. I still can't believe, if it's indeed a genuine Rhino site, that they'd stiff you out of the refund... doesn't make much sense.

I agree....that has ahppened to me before - a credit should appear on your Paypal account showing that item as a refund. Check your credit card account in a day or two. RHINO or any other account should be fine. IT MAY BE TOO SOON TO SEE THE TRANSACTION
