Just back from a twelve day trip to Japan, and picked up a lot of various songs.

One thing I am looking at, however, is a renewed interest to Jim, as my friends had a lot to say about him (again).

As I could find nothing on hulu, amazon instant/prime, or netflix, turned to youtube, and see a lot on a search that sets parameters as 20+ min. Which is nice.

This thread had me looking. This was my core song list in 2010, which was a very, very hardcore year for me. Multiple of these songs bring tears to my eyes.

(Like, feel my heart melt, and start to water eyes, but hold it back. Pure joy from so much pain. Pain and incredible joy.)

...anyone ever notice before what Ray was communicating with him giving the camera operator the middle finger and then seen smelling it? Dirty Doors!!! Ray was just as guilty or more than as Morrison with the rude remarks within songs and film...ray manzarek always seemed to me to share that artist weirdness that Jim Morrison was known for...

Glad to share. For me, these are all about the various adventures and ups and down my wife and I have gone through, across the years. Where some songs just continue to remain relevant, usually because they were really close to what happened.

But, need to reorganize, clean up the 'electric' list.

Across the years, been especially big times, like 94/95, 2010, and biggest of all, past month.

Hanging out with Greg one time on Sunset Blvd. and we hit up Ye Coach & Horses on Sunset. Now defunct. Morrison visited there on occasion. Greg was like don't play Back Door Man. LOL. I never did. Miss that place. Good times! Dark as fuck inside.
