Police on stage.
Vince, in the video clip of "Roadhouse Blues" you see a lot of police on the front of the stage. Why & where was that? You also see parts of the New Haven show, but this is not the show I mean. It's the show where Jim is jumping and crawling on his back like he's in pain. Looks like a huge stadium or so.
Peace.
Peace.

Police at show
It could be the Singer Bowl show it is was at night with starkly harsh lighting.
Jim did a lot of jumping around and thrashing on the floow. We did not often have police right on stage.

Mystery Footage
Remember people, I have not seen clips of anything for YEARS - . From Korea it is relly hard to tell what you refer to. If I could see the thing I might be able to tell you when and where.
I take an educated guess based on what you describle.
Yes - We did have police on stage at Singer Bowl - Lot of good it did. At this show Jim did do a lot of flopping and thrashing.
Oh, You will see Toni Parisi (Another Very Disturbed, incredibly talented young man from a dysfunctional family who committed Suicide - Age 22) and I behind the amp line. That will be a sure indicator of the location.

I got no idea if it is the singer bowl. If I remeber correctly, Jim had a brown leather jacket w/ white wool on the ends. I also believe he bought a programbook of a band who also played there (the who?).
So did the authorities come up with the idea to put up police on stage? & if so for what reasons?
And ofcourse a big thanks for answering the question above!
Peace.

IDENTITY
OK - It is Singer Bowl, you can even see the turntable behind Jim - The stalled turntable that it.
Left to right
Ray, John, Toni Parisi, Robbie, Me, and Paul Ferrara squatting with the Arriflex 16mm Camera.
Jim is the bundle on the downstage area in front of the Turntable.
Ken Kowalski should be somehwere in there as well. I don't see him in the photos, which is a nice one. He may have been out of frame the the far right, behind Paul. Ken wouldbe sen in photos during summer of 1968 until this show after which he returned to Lowell.
Toni went back to Lawrence. The last time I saw Toni was 1968, September, Labor Day when I left for england from LaGuardia Airport in New York.
Where have all the people gone?
