No that's not her new baby.
I think this video was shot with her first son and while being pregnant with her 2th. But I am not sure. She's got a lot of kids.

This song is from a few years back.
She has an album out called: Who's your momma? And she has been touring also. The song that is out now in Holland is called If I go.
It's pretty heavy. I love that woman. Her talent was first spotted by the Dutch band The Golden Earring. She sings with so much emotion.
