Fairies wear boots and you gotta believe me
Yeah I saw it, I saw it, I tell you no lies
Yeah fairies wear boots and you gotta believe me
I saw it, I saw it with my own two eyes

The doors.

Magic rising
Sun is shining deep beneath the sea
But not enough for you and me and sunshine
Love to hear the wind cry

This was the first single I ever bought. 21 years ago. I hope I am excused for that. I was a very young girl. =) Forgetting for a minute how annoying David Coverdale is... I kinda remember now why I bought this in the first place. I think I still have it laying around somewhere. I think..

It's good to hear again. =)

I'm listening to Burl Ives sing an assortment of Christmas carols. Happy holidays everyone.
When I was a kid, we used to put pennies on the tracks and watch them get smashed.

Damn MJ, last week I was at their gig in Tilburg. Coverdale looks like a beauty queen these days and is probably wearing a wig and, most of the time, lip syncing (hope I spelled that one right).
But it was a great concert. Adje van den Berg played 2 songs with them (which one of the would be happen to be Here I Go Again).

Listening to Alborada live in Lima 2006.
Beautiful. I like it alot.
Maybe you have heard of them Fernando?
Before Christmas this guy was at my door asking if I wanted to buy a CD from him. I did. Just like I bought a painting from a Polish student.
Anyway I scanned it to show you. You've heard of them Fernando?

hehhe, i know who they are, and i really surprised that you get that cd in your hands, i don't like it too much, maybe 'cause they are a lot of similar flute bands, but i know that they usually travel to europe

the songs of that group are in Quechua, is the native language of these lands, after that the pizarro troops kill and "changed" the religion and language ...

I finally found a music link for Del Shannon's "Further Adventures of Charles Westover". An very nice obscure psych LP from Del (1968).

Please give it a listen....this ain't the Del you all know and love from the late 50's & early 60's. It's available on CD. I found the vinyl which is impossibly rare.

For Freed-site psych fans and all......what do you think, MJ? anyone else ever heard this gem?? what do you think guys?!!

This track is "I Think I Love You"...a kind of a psychedelic Left Banke.....maybe...nothing like it, really.
