What with that?? Seems like all my favorite music heroes were junkies, but always lovable!
Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morison, Tim Buckley, Janis, Clapton, Jack Bruce, Ginger Baker, Love, Gene Clark...the list goes on. Creativity and excess seem to go hand in hand for songwriters, authors/novelists, actors, musicians...of course many weren't but ...well, you know what I mean.

And then there is the fun stuff...the kind of heroes that can keep it real and in control, and write fun songs about it.
