That "guy" is supposed to be a portuguese jet7 character.
Maybe he is... I don't know.
What I know is that he is NOT a singer

Uhm... I guess.
Yeah we had a great time. Unfortunate I was the one who was driving so I couldn't drink as much as I want to. But it was fun.

For a few minutes it works pretty good. After that in my case that is, I just get up turn some music up and dance in my house.
But you could give it a try. I know it works for many. The yoga breathing exercises has done wonders for me. You learn to control how you breath and to control certain muscles.

Breathing well is fundamental. Once I heard from a doctor that some people should learn to do it properly. Yoga is surely extremely important for millions of people. Ancient human knowledge. I never tried but I do respect it. Nowadays many people are just finding it fundamental for their equilibrium. =)

Meditation is pretty nice.Good breathing is indeed very important. When I am totally relaxed, I can hold my breath for about 7 minutes, really, no joke here.I've been doing this for manny years now and it does make me very relaxed.I really enjoy it when there's complete silence inside my head, where usually a storm is going on!
