Yeah they should've did something more contemporary, like Faith from George Michael.

For the best white boy blues you'll ever hear from late 60's band Jerry Hahn Brotherhood, with Mike Finnegan on vocals & organ (Hammond B3 session guy on such greats as Electric Ladyland.."Still Raining..."), and sizzling guitar by Hahn...one of the great lost gems.

Besides, the accompanying video of a lip-syncing cat is hilarious!!
You all gotta check this out. Hey, misty, you'll love it I think!

Anyone remember the Brotherhood, or Finnegan & Wood's "Crazed Hipsters"?? =)

Pumpkin carving, good scary movies, good food & wine, fending off the Halloween bashers. Kids often drive through our somewhat rural neighborhood smashing street-side mailboxes with baseball bats ( a Halloween tradition?). Not nice. Little bastards.

My cat has it going on too. This is their time, but when do cats not have it going on?!! :?

Smashing street side mailboxes with baseball bats? That's a halloween tradition? hmm, I could do with a baseball bat right now. =)

And yes cats always got it going on.

Is that a painting of your cat in the avatar James?

You have a few frustrations to take out on your neighbors' mailboxes in the name of Halloween tradition, Monique?!! Or are you offering to help me ward off the little hoodlums here?!!

The avatar of my cat is a Photoshop rendering from an actual photo I took.
I have my fun with Photoshop filters; it is sometimes very difficult to spot a digital work from a hand done piece....I used to hate anything digital until the technology caught up with the needs of the artist, but I still prefer to work with a brush, when I can. Photos are fair game, though some I know don't like me messing with their photos...can't help myself!!

I would never lash out my frustrations on an innocent mailbox James. But that doesn't mean I don't wanna smash somthing.

Never waste the opportunity to smash something. You got a chipped plate? or cup? Don't just throw them out...smash 'em first. Against a rock. Feels so good! :D After Halloween.....don't just throw that pumpkin out. Smash it. Feels so good!

Grow some next year. Don't have a garden plot, you can plant it in a container, bucket, whatever...see what you get. Carve one or two. Start a movement!! :D
