Orange Skies in 'Back In The Game'

LOVE was another great band from the 60's and of course VERY Doors related.
I think it would be great to have this special topic about the band who was such a big example for The Doors.

Orange Skies in 'Back In The Game'

Post by silentseason »

ABC has a new sitcom running on Wednesday nights titled "Back In The Game". Orange Skies was played briefly twice on an episode titled 'Play Hard Or Go Home' aired 10/09/13. The times it occured was 1:55 and 4:22. Maybe the director is a LoVE fan?

A very cool homage to LoVE...prime time rarely gives us such obscure musical treats.

It was surreal-I was washing the dinner dishes and the TV was on in the background and I heard the song and I thought I was hallucinating. I stopped to watch the full episode and am still puzzled by its inclusion in the episode.

Not the greatest sitcom of all time  but the LoVE inclusion gives me hope.

LOL definitely not a comedy classic. If it lasts a whole season that would be surprising. I was probably channel surfing and randomly stopped there before going off to do chores, which makes it almost fateful that I stopped there and Orange Skies happened along.

The cover of FC is back as your avatar? All seems right in the forum now :)
