Clone PC

Hi

does anybody knows how to clone my PC to my laptop? i mean i want to have the exactly same programs (the whole disc C) into the laptop, but i don't want to install'em all again,

i know that is there a program like Norton Ghost, but i need to make a Bootable cd, any help please?
