So the "which three albums would you choose if you were stranded on an island" bit..., well, it drives me crazy--so hard to choose!!
So I came up with my own island music fantasy while in Maine.
--So first, you get a solar powered CD player with really nice headphones.
--Next a nice supply of Corona and limes, kept dry in a large trunk.
--Thirdly you get to choose which FIVE deluxe boxed CD sets you would want to have for your extended stay on a really nice deserted island. Sorry, no Wi-Fi.
My choices (it may SEEM like cheating but it's my fantasy!)
1) The complete Mono Beatles Box
2) Nick Drake "Fruit Tree Box"
3) Buffalo Springfield Box
4) Dylan MONO box
5) LOVE-when the BOX comes out--don't hold your breath!!

( I could listen to Music From Big Pink non stop--a favorite since 1969)
