we arrived in london around the ealy afternoon, feb 1. had some drinks at the hotel bar (it was “miller time”) and then checked it. napped a bit. it started raining. texed rita but she was in canada with julian and the time difference had me a bit nutty. my friend, jackie, rang up and we grabbed a bite in at some belgian place. she dropped me back off around 6 or 7 and then our manager showed up and we all had some pints and chatted. the superbowl came on and the singer bought a couple of rounds. we watched till the exciting end. New England won and it was now 3:30 am. beddy bye.
